This Generative AI Workshop is jointly organised by the Hong Kong Hotels Association and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel & Tourism Management, which designed for hotel managers to explore the potential and power of generative AI technologies to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. Today, we gathered a hundred professionals, composing a pool of hoteliers and professors. This confluence of practice and theory is encouraging and pivotal for the transformative journey.
