The Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA) held its inaugural Hotel Staff Courtesy Awards Presentation Ceremony at The Langham, Hong Kong, honouring six outstanding Front Desk and Concierge staff for their professionalism and guest service.
The event supports the Government’s and Hong Kong Tourism Board’s “Cross-sector Service Staff Awards” campaign, promoting service excellence across the city.
The pilot program received strong industry support with 100 nominations. HKHA is now exploring future editions to include additional service categories such as housekeeping and food & beverage.
