The Director of Environmental Protection and representatives of the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) met with the Association’s 1st Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Food Safety, Hygiene & Green Initiatives Development Sub-Committee, and industry’s representatives today (October 21).
At the meeting, the trade shared the process and challenges of the new regulations on disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products, the 6-month adaptation period of which ends today, and hoped that EPD would enhance promotion and publicity.
