The Association and Food, Environmental, and Health Department jointly conduct the online seminar with the objective to facilitate hotel operators to strengthen their sanitary efforts, step up staff training, and review standard operation procedures (SOP) in tackling bedbugs. Over 370 industry participants signed up to participate.
