The “SMART Hotel Solutions Showcase and AI Application Seminar” was held at Cyberport on September 29, 2025. Following the success of the online sharing session on “SMART hotel applications” in May 2025, the Tourism Commission, Cyberport, and the Hong Kong Hotels Association co-organised the event. This exclusive in-person event aims to foster collaboration between hotel professionals and technology innovators and explore the future of smart tourism in Hong Kong. It attracted dozens of industry professionals from over 30 member hotels and 15 selected start-ups from Cyberport, showcasing the latest AI applications across chatbots, data analytics, and IoT technologies and more.
