The Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA), in partnership with the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), successfully held an online seminar titled “Integrity – Our Winning Edge” – Professional Integrity of the Managerial Staff in the Hotel Industry on 4 March 2026.
The seminar drew over 300 hoteliers from across the industry, reflecting the strong commitment of managerial staff to upholding professional ethics and integrity in hotel operations.
The training equipped participants with practical skills to identify and manage corruption risks in daily operations, reinforced vigilance in preventing misconduct, and provided useful tips for strengthening staff integrity.
Beyond enhancing knowledge, the seminar served as a valuable platform to reaffirm the importance of ethical practices in the hospitality sector. The impressive turnout highlights the industry’s collective determination to embrace integrity as a cornerstone of sustainable success.
