The Hong Kong Hotels Association, in collaboration with the Rita Tong Liu School of Business and Hospitality Management of Saint Francis University, organised the professional training workshop “Beyond the Smile” on 26 June, attracting more than 30 participants from member hotels.
The workshop focused on emotional labour and support for frontline employees, exploring how effective management practices can enhance team performance and employee well-being.
The Association remains committed to promoting talent development and industry engagement. In addition, the Association will sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Saint Francis University in September this year to further strengthen industry-academic collaboration and jointly nurture future professionals for the hotel and hospitality sector.
