Industry representatives participated in a site visit to the New Huanggang Port on 18 August 2026, jointly organised by the offices of Legislative Council Members Vivian Kong Man-wai and Perry Yiu Pak-leung.
During the visit, participants gained firsthand insights into the port’s latest developments, including its clearance facilities, passenger flow arrangements, and transport connections. The tour provided valuable information on the future impact of the new port on cross-boundary travel, itinerary planning, and tourism services, helping the industry prepare for new opportunities arising from closer Hong Kong-Shenzhen integration and the continued development of the Greater Bay Area.
