Yindii is an App which aims to reduce food waste by connecting Food & Beverage businesses (Hotels, Bakery shops, Cake Shops, etc…) and consumers through the app. Customers can purchase surprise bags at a discounted price (min 50%) from specific stores, and go pick it up on same day directly at the location and during pick up time slot indicated. The surprise bag will include food that would be discarded if not sold (surplus inventory).
In Hotel properties, this could be applied for Buffet food (to be picked up after each service for example) and the Cake shop/Deli corner.
