Technology has been reshaping the hotel industry and here at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, we have Temi stationed at hotel lobby as our ambassador and Bella and Hola giving us a helping hand at dining outlets.
Temi, powered by Dignity Project with the support of a Hong Kong-based robotic technology venture HandyRehab, connects physically disabled and enthusiastic participants from Dignity Kitchen to interact with our guests at real time while staying at home.
Autonomous mobile robot Bella and Hola on the other hand provide efficient support in terms of dishes distribution and used plates transportation at dining outlets, which has significantly relieved the workload of the operation team.
