Test results – Huiying automatic induction type waterproof roll brake
1. Impact resistance test, with more than 45KGS drifting object impact, the door surface has no depression;
2. Anti-skid test, open the door panel with 500 Newton force, and the door frame is not damaged;
3. 3-hour 1.5m high water depth leakage rate test, in line with BSI PAS 1188-1:2009 standard;
4. Opening and closing durability test, the flood control roll door is opened and closed once, and the flood control roll door is continuously opened and closed for 10,000 tests, and the flood control roll door is not damaged after 10,000 durability tests and still continues to run.
5. The door panel is coated with PVDF resin coating (AAMA 2605/ASCA 96), which has anti-corrosion function.
